Hubei Mingren Textile: Relocating 350,000 spindles to western China; long-term plan targets 800,000 spindles to support Xinjiang’s development as the “Western Capital of Yarn Industry”!
The construction project of the Nancheng Textile Park in Bole City, Xinjiang, is accelerating. As a key infrastructure project for the upgrading of the local textile industry, the project aims to build a modern sewing thread production base and assist Bole City in building itself into the "Capital of Thread Industry in the West". The first phase of the project plans to invest 550 million yuan, and currently about 20% of the project has been completed, including key links such as factory floor trenches and steel structure hoisting.

The first phase of the project is planned to invest 550 million yuan, and currently about 20% of the work has been completed, including key links such as factory trench construction and steel structure hoisting. The project has successfully introduced Hubei Mingren Textile Technology Co., Ltd., a leading enterprise in the national sewing thread industry. The company is renowned for producing "Tieshuwang" brand pure polyester threads, with over 2,000 employees and a production capacity of 350,000 spindles, producing over 45,000 tons of various pure polyester sewing threads annually. The establishment of this enterprise in Bole is an important strategic move for the company to respond to the call for industrial assistance to Xinjiang and expand its development space.
After the project is completed and put into operation, it will add a production capacity of 18,000 tons of sewing thread, achieving an annual output value of 300 million yuan and providing employment for over 300 local people. More importantly, the project will effectively link Xinjiang's petrochemical industry and chemical fiber industry, forming a closed-loop full industrial chain of "polyester fiber - staple fiber/filament - polyester yarn - clothing terminal", promoting the cluster development of related enterprises such as polyester (PET) fiber, dyeing and finishing, weaving, and accessories.

With a long-term perspective, Hubei Mingren Textile Technology Co., Ltd. has also outlined a broader development blueprint. In the later stages, the company plans to utilize idle land and gradually relocate the production scale of 350,000 spindles from Hubei to Bole, ultimately forming an industrial scale of annual production of 800,000 spindles of sewing thread in Bole. It is expected to produce 120,000 tons of polyester sewing thread annually, with an output value of 2 billion yuan. The company is committed to building Bole into the "Capital of Thread Industry in the West" that radiates to the west and even Central Asia.
This project, which fills the gap in sewing thread production in Xinjiang, has been established in Bole, Xinjiang, fully leveraging the complementary advantages of resources between Hubei and Xinjiang.
In recent years, Bole City has aligned itself with the requirements for the construction of cotton and textile apparel industry clusters in the autonomous region. Following the overall strategy of the autonomous prefecture to "stabilize yarn production, increase weaving, and expand end-user industries", it has actively undertaken the transfer of spinning, weaving, and chemical fiber projects from inland regions. Guided by key projects, it continues to drive the textile industry towards clustering, scaling, and full-chain development.
